摘  要:结合发电机绝缘故障处理实例分析,发现机组频繁深度调峰,影响各部件材料的热膨胀不一致,也是造成发电机线圈(定子线棒)绝缘件松动的原因,引发定子端部出现黄粉,从而导致发电机定子绕组绝缘击穿而发生接地故障。提出了相应的防范措施,供行业内专业人员参考,以期确保电力生产安全。Combined with the case analysis of generator insulation fault handling, it can be found that frequent deep load changing of the unit and the inconsistency of the expansion affecting the materials of each component also cause the loosening of generator coil(stator wire rod) insulation which leads to the yellow powder appearing at the end of stator as a result to cause the breakdown of generator stator winding insulation and ground fault. It has as also put forward corresponding preventive measures for reference of the professionals in the industry in order to ensure the safety of electricity production.
