摘　　要：静脉曲张是静脉系统最常见的疾病,据文献报道,大隐静脉曲张的发病率在成年人中占20%~50%,且随着年龄的增长,其发病率呈上升趋势,静脉曲张压力袜虽是治疗下肢静脉曲张的重要辅助医疗器械,但却有着穿脱不便、压力恒定等缺点。本研究设计的空气动力静脉曲张功能靴筒,采用模块化组合设计,针对靴筒的功能性加以创造,更加便于拆装和维护,使患者能够将鞋靴治疗及穿戴融合到一起,既能实现鞋靴日常穿着功能,同时可实现对静脉曲张患者辅助治疗功能。Varicose vein is the most common disease in the venous system.According to the literature,the incidence rate of great saphenous vein varices accounts for 20%-50%in adults,and its incidence rate shows an upward trend with the increase of age.Varicose pressure sock is an important auxiliary medical device for the treatment of varicose veins of lower limbs.However,they have some disadvantages,such as inconvenient wearing and taking off,constant pressure and so on.On the basis of retaining the function of shoes and boots,the air varicose functional shoes of the study adopt modular combination design,and is created for the functionality of the boot,which is more convenient for disassembly and maintenance.It enables patients to integrate the treatment and wearing of shoes and boots,which can not only realize the daily wearing function of shoes and boots,but also realize the auxiliary treatment function for patients with varicose veins.
