摘  要:为了快速检测胶东地区黄金选冶尾矿中各主、次、微量元素的含量,精准指导黄金选冶尾矿的综合利用,本研究先进行熔片制样,然后采用X射线荧光光谱法测定黄金选冶尾矿中各主、次、微量元素。其间采用国家标准物质绘制标准曲线,优化试验条件。该方法的检出限低,精密度良好,相对标准偏差小,与化学法相比,其准确度良好,能够为检测提供可靠数据。利用此方法分别对胶东地区三大矿山尾矿进行检测分析,检测速度快,检测结果可以精准指导黄金选冶尾矿的再利用研究。In order to quickly detect the contents of major,minor and trace elements in gold dressing and smelting tailings in Jiaodong area,and accurately guide the comprehensive utilization of gold dressing and smelting tailings,the samples of fusible sheet are first prepared in this study,and then the major,minor and trace elements in the gold dressing and smelting tailings are determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.During this period,the standard curve is drawn with national reference materials to optimize the test conditions.The detection limit of this method is low,the precision is good,and the relative standard deviation is small,compared with the chemical method,its accuracy is good,and it can provide reliable data for detection.This method is used to detect and analyze the tailings of three major mines in Jiaodong area,the detection speed is fast,and the detection results can accurately guide the reuse research of gold dressing and smelting tailings.
