摘　　要：科技成果转化是项系统工程,水污染治理技术的成果转化与产业化,也具有技术领域和区域发展的复合因素特征。研究构建了“政府引导-市场拉动-龙头主体-联盟助推-产业集聚-平台推广-企业转化”的全链式多途径辽宁省水污染治理技术成果转化模式,形成了产学研一体化、产加销一条龙,市场牵动龙头,龙头带动集群,集群连动产业的产业组织形式,可为辽宁省及东北地区在生态环保领域的技术成果转化及产业化推广提供借鉴。Transformation of scientific and technological achievements is a systematic project.The transformation and industrialization of the achievements of water pollution control technology also have the characteristics of composite factors of technological field and regional development.This study constructed the“government led-market driven-leading subject-league boost-industrial concentration-platform promotion-enterprise transformation”of the whole chain means to promote industrialization of achievement of water pollution control technology in Liaoning province.It formed industry-university-research combination,production-processing-sales service,market taking leading enterprises,leading enterprises to drive cluster,the cluster correlation industry industrial organization form.The result can provide reference for the transformation and industrialization promotion of technological achievements in the field of environmental protection in Liaoning province and northeast China.
