摘  要:厨余垃圾是分类工作的重点和难点,其妥善处理备受关注。作为应急处理手段,实现厨余垃圾24 h快速处理的分布式设备发展迅速,但在实际应用中缺少全面参考。选取3台典型设备,分析其减量效果、产物性质、环境污染和运营成本。结果表明,运行24 h后,厨余垃圾减量率为70%~85%,达到了就地减量处理的目的;产物的基本理化性质不符合肥料或绿化用有机质标准;废水、噪声超标排放,造成了一定的环境污染;运营成本较高。在集中式设施建设期,可将其作为应急辅助方案,并做好污染控制、产物处理及去向监管等工作,避免带来邻避及二次污染等问题。Food waste has attracted much attention due to the implementation of waste classification policy in China.With a short treatment time of less than 24 hours,distributed food waste treatment equipment is developing rapidly.However,there are few comprehensive evaluation.In this study,three sets of food waste treatment equipment with a treatment cycle of 24 hours were investigated,including the reduction effect,product properties,environmental pollution and operating costs.The results show that,the weight loss ratio of food waste is about 70%~85%after 24 hours treatment,achieving the purpose of on-site and nearby reduction treatment.The slag products do not meet the standards of fertilizers or organic matter for greening.Excessive discharge of waste water and noise has caused environmental pollution and the operation cost is high.In conclusion,during the construction of centralized facilities,such equipment could be used as an emergency treatment scheme of food waste to avoid the problems such as NIMBY and secondary pollution.It is necessary to properly deal with environmental pollution such as waste water,waste residue and noise.
