摘  要:基于上海市生态环境监测网络监测数据,系统研究了“十三五”期间上海市生态环境质量变化特征,并分析变化原因和主要环境问题。结果表明:“十三五”期间上海市生态环境质量全面改善,其中环境空气质量和地表水环境质量明显改善,海洋和声环境质量略有改善,生态和辐射环境质量保持稳定。上海市生态环境质量的改善主要受益于上海市污染防治攻坚战阶段性目标任务的全面完成以及长三角区域环境质量的持续改善。随着污染防治攻坚战进入新阶段,生态环境问题将处于新老交织、多领域化的复杂阶段,为生态环境质量进一步改善带来挑战和压力。Based on the monitoring data from Shanghai eco-environmental monitoring network,the characteristics of Shanghai eco-environment quality changes during the 13th Five-Year Plan period were studied.The change causes were analyzed and main environmental problems were summarized.The results showed that the eco-environmental quality in Shanghai had beencomprehensively improved during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.The environmental quality of ambient air and surface water was improved obviously.The seawater quality and sound environment were improved slightly,and the quality of ecological and radiation environment remained stable.The overall improvement of Shanghai's eco-environment quality mainly benefited from the full completion of the phased objectives and tasks of Shanghai's battle against pollution prevention and control,and the continuous improvement environment quality in the Yangtze River Delta.With the prevention and control of environmental pollution entering a new stage,the environmental problems will be in a complex stage of interweaving new and old and multi fields,which will increase the challenge and pressure of the further improvement on eco-environment quality.
