摘  要:运用引力模型测度创新要素流动量,以2001—2017年中国31个省区市为研究对象,构建OLS模型和空间杜宾模型,分析创新要素流动对区域经济增长的影响。研究发现:创新要素的区际流动对地区经济增长有正向影响;创新要素流动除了能够促进当地经济的增长,还可以通过知识溢出影响邻近地区的经济发展;区域异质性结果表明,东中部地区的创新要素流动能促进经济增长,但西部地区不显著。最后提出加强区域间的经济联系合作、出台创新活动相关政策、发挥人力资本的作用等政策建议。Using the gravity model to measure the flow of innovation factors,and taking 31 provinces and cities in my country from 2001 to 2017 as the research object,the OLS model and the spatial Durbin model are constructed to analyze the impact of the flow of innovation factors on regional economic growth.The research found innovation the interregional flow of factors has a positive impact on regional economic growth.The flow of innovative factors can not only promote local economic growth,but also affect the economic development of neighboring regions through knowledge spillovers.Regional heterogeneity results show that the flow of innovation factors in the eastern and central regions can promote economic growth,but it is not significant in the western regions.Finally,some policy suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening economic ties and cooperation between regions,introducing policies related to innovation activities,and giving full play to the role of human capital.
