摘 要:在防疫常态化背景下,传统庭审模式的庭审程序延宕、案件积压,会对司法效率产生极大消极影响,同时也会增加新冠疫情传染风险。目前,在国家政策、新兴技术加持下,线上远程庭审应用体系在大步向前发展。针对线上远程庭审模式的现状进行分析,提出优化方向。同时,详细描述智慧庭审系统的5G网络部署模式与功能技术架构,并通过示例说明该系统可以辅助优化疫情防控下的司法审判效率。Under the normalization of epidemic prevention,the delay of trial procedure and backlog of cases in traditional court trial mode will have a great negative impact on judicial efficiency,and increase the risk of COVID-19 infection.At present,with the support of national policies and emerging technologies,the online remote trial application system is developing by leaps and bounds.Based on this,the current situation of online remote trial mode is analyzed,and the optimization direction is put forward.Then,5 G network deployment mode and functional technical architecture of the intelligent court trial system are described in detail.Meanwhile,an example is given to show that the system can assist in optimizing the judicial trial efficiency under epidemic prevention and control.
