摘　　要：数据信托作为信任机制和数据治理高度融合的产物,具有保护数据安全和促进数据价值发现的双重功能。针对市场流通中的数据产权和数据产品定价问题,构建基于数据信托模式的合作博弈模型,讨论各博弈参与者的合作条件和利益分配。利用两个子博弈进一步分析数据确权和数据产品的定价机制。最后,采用Shapley值法求解各方的收益分配值。Data trust,as a highly integrated product of trust mechanism and data governance,is considered to have the dual functions of protecting data security and promoting the discovery of data value.To resolve the problems of data property right and data product pricing in market circulation,a cooperative game model based on data trust mode is constructed,and the cooperative conditions and benefits of each game participant are discussed.Two subgames are used to further analyze the system design of data trust in data right confirmation and the data product pricing.Finally,the Shapley method is used to solve the income distribution value.
