承接产业转移示范区设立的产业结构转型效应研究——基于皖江城市带的准自然实验

摘　　要：基于安徽省15个地级市2004—2019年的面板数据,采用双重差分模型分析皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区政策的产业结构转型效应。结果表明:示范区的设立显著抑制了区域产业结构高级化,而对产业结构合理化影响不显著;示范区对区域内产业结构的影响主要体现在促进第二产业的发展。最后,为促进示范区发挥承接产业转移示范作用提出相关政策建议。Based on the panel data of 15 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province from 2004 to 2019,the industrial structure transformation effect of the policy of undertaking industrial transfer demonstration area in Wanjiang City belt is analyzed by using the difference-in-differences model.The results show that the establishment of the demonstration area significantly inhibits the upgrading of regional industrial structure,but it has no significant effect on the rationalization of industrial structure.The influence of demonstration area on regional industrial structure is mainly reflected by promoting the development of secondary industry.Finally,in order to promote the demonstration area to play a demonstrative role in undertaking industrial transfer,relevant policy suggestions are put forward.
