摘　　要：心脏移植是治疗终末期心力衰竭的最佳方案,但因移植供体稀缺,影响了心脏移植的应用。连续血流左心室辅助装置(CF-LVAD)除了作为心脏移植过渡治疗外,对于无法进行心脏移植的患者也可作为他们的最终选择。虽然近年来CF-LVAD的性能得到很大改善,植入量也在逐年上升,但植入后引起的并发症常常困扰着术后患者并影响患者生活质量,而这些并发症的发生与血压控制不良有密切关系。本文将从CF-LVAD植入后患者血流动力学特点、血压增高导致CF-LVAD植入后并发症的发生机制以及CF-LVAD植入后患者的血压管理几个方面进行论述。Heart transplantation is the best solution for end-stage heart failure,but the scarcity of transplant donor has affected the application of heart transplantation.In addition to being a bridge to heart transplantation,continuous flow left ventricular assist device(CF-LVAD)can be used as a last option for patients who are unable to undergo heart transplantation.Although the performance of CF-LVAD has been improved greatly in recent years,and the number of implantation has been increasing year by year,the complications after implantation often haunt the postoperative patients and affect their quality of life,these complications are closely related to poor control of blood pressure.This article will discuss the hemodynamics characteristics of patients after CF-LVAD implantation,the mechanism of the complications after CF-LVAD implantation caused by high blood pressure,and the management of blood pressure after CF-LVAD implantation.
