摘  要:近期研究发现,镁在血管和瓣膜钙化的发生发展过程中均发挥了重要作用,但具体作用机制仍未明确。仅仅针对某单一途径很难解决心血管钙化复杂的临床治疗需求,因此,寻求一个多靶向的位点可能是预防、改善甚至是治疗的关键。本综述主要探讨镁与心血管钙化的研究进展,主要介绍了镁抑制血管和瓣膜钙化的病理生理作用和分子机制,为血管和瓣膜钙化临床治疗和研究提供新思路。Magnesium has been reported to play an important role in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular calcification in recent years,but the specific mechanism remains unclear.Targeting a single pathway is difficult to address the complex clinical needs of cardiovascular calcification,so finding a multi-targeted site may be the key to prevention,improvement,and even treatment.This review mainly discusses the research progress of magnesium and cardiovascular calcification,mainly introduces the pathophysiological effect and molecular mechanism of magnesium inhibiting vascular and valve calcification,and provides new ideas for clinical treatment and research of cardiovascular calcification.
