摘  要:准确模拟发射药在膛内发生破碎后的燃气生成规律是发射安全性研究的关键与难点。运用离散单元法建立发射药离散单元力学模型,通过预设离散单元小球模型代表的正六棱柱几何模型,建立正三角形燃烧模型,推导燃烧函数;分别运用新建立的燃烧函数和传统形状函数对正常和破碎程度相同的发射药进行密闭爆发器燃气生成规律仿真对比研究,结果表明建立的燃烧函数能够精确计算发射药发生破碎引起的增面、增燃变化规律。研究结果在一定程度上解决了发射药在膛炸前发生局部随机破碎后燃气生成规律计算方法缺失问题,可应用于发射装药发射安全性研究领域。It is the key and difficult point in the research of launch safety to accurately simulate the gas generation law after the fracture of propellant in the chamber.The discrete element method was adopted to establish the discrete element mechanics model of propellant.Through the presupposition discrete element ball model which representing the positive hexagonal prism geometric model,the equilateral triangle combustion model was established,and the combustion function was derived.The newly established combustion function and the traditional shape function were used to simulate and compare the gas generation law of the closed bomb respectively.The simulation object was normal propellant and fractured propellant with the same fracture degree.The results show that the combustion function could precisely calculate the change law of surface increase and combustion increase caused by the fracture of propellant.The research results solve the problem of lack of calculation method of gas generation law after random fracture of propellant before breech blow,which can be applied to the research of launch safety of propellant charge.
