摘 要:随着煤巷机械化掘进程度的不断提高,煤巷中粉尘浓度也不断攀升,高浓度的粉尘一方面会影响井下工作人员的身心健康,另一方面也增加了粉尘爆炸的可能性。干式除尘器由于具有除尘效率高、零耗水、无污染的优点,被广泛应用在煤矿掘进中。采用数值模拟的方式,研究了干式除尘器作用下巷道内的风流结构,并研究了除尘风筒和局部通风机风筒相对位置对除尘效率的影响,以及除尘风筒到掘进头的距离对除尘效率的影响。研究结果表明:除尘风筒的布置应尽量远离局部通风机风筒,当除尘风筒距离掘进头4~5 m时,除尘效果较好。研究结果可以有效地指导干式除尘器在巷道掘进中的布置,改善巷道内掘进环境。With the continuous improvement of the mechanized excavation process of coal roadways,the concentration of dust in coal roadways is also rising.On the one hand,high concentrations of dust will affect the physical and mental health of underground workers,and on the other hand,it will increase the possibility of dust explosions.Dry dust collectors are widely used in coal mine excavation due to advantages of high dust removal efficiency,zero water consumption and no pollution.Numerical simulations were used to study the air flow structure in the roadway under the action of the dry dust collector,the influence of the relative position of the dust collector and the local fan duct on the dust removal efficiency and the distance between the dust collector and the heading head on the effect of dust removal.The results indicate that the arrangement of the dust collector air duct should be as far away as possible from the local fan air duct,and the dust removal effect will be better when the dust collector air duct is 4~5 m away from the tunnel head.The research results can effectively guide the arrangement of dry dust collector in roadway excavation and improve the tunneling environment in the roadway.
