摘  要:节理面形貌特征是影响岩石节理面剪切破坏的重要因素。具有相同形貌特征的岩石节理面,沿不同剪切方向其力学行为存在差异性。结合三维激光扫描和3D打印技术,针对天然节理岩石的表面形貌进行逆向处理,将其制备为不同剪切方向的人工节理试样,并进行5种法向应力条件下的直剪试验。依据室内试验结果与理论分析,提出了定量计算节理面三维粗糙度与沿剪切方向接触面积有效系数值的方法,建立了不同剪切方向下含有三维形貌参数的抗剪强度模型。结果表明,影响剪胀角的因素与节理面的粗糙度系数和沿剪切方向接触面积有效系数值有关;沿不同的剪切方向会得到不同的剪胀角。基于剪切破坏的爬升和摩擦效应理论,并利用非线性拟合方法,得到峰值剪胀角的变化规律。最后,与已有的Barton抗剪强度公式进行对比分析,进而验证了该方法的合理性。The morphology of joint surface is an important factor affecting the shear failure of rock joint surface.The mechanical behaviors of rock joint planes with the same morphology are different along different shear directions.Combined with 3 D laser scanning technology and 3 D printing technology,the surface topography of rock with natural joints was reversed,the samples were prepared as artificial joints with different shear directions,and the direct shear tests under five normal stress conditions were carried out.Based on the laboratory test results and theoretical analysis,a quantitative method was proposed to calculate the three-dimensional roughness of joint surface and the effective coefficient values of contact area along the shear direction,and the shear strength models with three-dimensional morphology parameters were established under different shear directions.The results show that the factors affecting the dilatancy angle are related to the roughness coefficient of the joint plane and the effective coefficient values of contact area along the shear direction.Different dilatancy angles are obtained with different shear directions.Based on the theory of climbing and friction effect of shear failure and nonlinear fitting method,the variation law of peak dilatancy angle is obtained.Finally,compared with the existing Barton shear strength formula,the rationality of the proposed method is verified.
