摘  要:为控制印染废水排放对周边水环境造成的不良影响,以福建某企业6500~7200 m3/d印染废水处理为例,根据该印染企业原水的水质指标复杂、浓度较高、可生化性差等特点,设计了一套以厌氧-A/O生化组合工艺为主体的系统处理印染废水。该方法能够有效改善印染废水COD、SS、色度、总氮、总磷等生化指标,能够满足并优于《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287—2012)水质指标达标排放要求;厌氧-A/O生化组合工艺结合UASB工作原理和延迟曝气理论,对高浓度、难降解生化的印染废水有着较好的处理效果。In order to control the serious impact of printing and dyeing wastewater on the surrounding water environment,taking the 6500~7200 m3/d printing and dyeing wastewater treatment of a printing and dyeing enterprise in Fujian as an example.According to the biochemical characteristics of the raw water of the printing and dyeing enterprise,such as complex water quality indicators,high concentration,poor biodegradability,etc.,a system with the combined anaerobic-A/O biochemical process as the main body is used to systematically treat printing and dyeing wastewater.This method can effectively optimize the biochemical indicators of printing and dyeing wastewater,such as COD,SS,chroma,total nitrogen,and total phosphorus,which can meet and exceed the standard discharge requirements of Discharge standard of water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry(GB 4287—2012)water quality indicators;Anaerobic-A/O biochemical combined process is mainly combined with UASB working principle and delayed aeration theory,which has a good treatment effect for printing and dyeing wastewater with high concentration and difficult biodegradation.
