摘  要:目的:探究金银花提取物绿原酸干预对链球菌感染的小鼠模型血清炎症指标表达的影响。方法:取80只健康成年小鼠,雌雄各半,体重为160~180 g,用溶血性链球菌进行造模处理。造模成功后将老鼠随机分为模型对照组和绿原酸实验组,每组40只,模型组小鼠用生理盐水处理,实验组小鼠用绿原酸处理,比较两组小鼠凝血功能指标和炎症相关指标的含量。结果:绿原酸组小鼠FIB、IL-6、TNF-α、IL-1β、WBC低于模型组,而PT、APTT、TT、CRP高于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:金银花提取物绿原酸可有效改善溶血性链球菌感染小鼠的凝血功能和炎症反应。Objective: To explore the effect of chlorogenic acid extracted from Honeysuckle on the expression of serum inflammatory markers in streptococcus infected mouse model. Methods: A total of 80 healthy adult mice(half male and half female, weighing 160 ~ 180 g) are modeled with hemolytic streptococcus. After successful modeling, the mice are randomly divided into the model group and the chlorogenic acid group, with 40 mice in each group. The mice in the model group are treated with normal saline, while in the experimental group treated with chlorogenic acid, and the contents of coagulation function indexes and inflammation-related indexes are compared between the two groups.Results: FIB, IL-6, TNF-α, IL-1β and WBC in chlorogenic acid group are lower than those in model group, while PT, APTT, TT and CRP are higher than those in model group, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Chlorogenic acid extracted from Honeysuckle can effectively improve the coagulation function and inflammatory response in hemolytic streptococcus infected mouse model.
