摘　　要：目的:研制一种可以治疗足部真菌感染的中药药包。方法:借鉴各中药的药性,选取茯苓、白矾、蛇床子、地肤子、土槿皮、苦参、黄芩、黄连、大黄、大枫子、蒲公英和马齿苋作为药包的成分,在36位足部真菌感染患者中开展实验,与治疗前患处皮肤状态进行对比,归纳、整理并记录所有实验结果。结果:使用药包后,94.44%的患者病症得到完全治愈,治愈率较高,为治疗真菌感染提供新思路。结论:所研制的中药药包,制作简单,无明显副作用,疗效明显,值得进一步探索。Objective:A traditional Chinese medicine package for the treatment of foot fungal infection is developed.Methods:Based on the properties of various traditional Chinese medicine,Poria cocos,Alum,Cnidium monnieri,Kochia scoparia(L.)Schrad.,Pseudolarix amabilis(Nelson)Rehd.,Sophora flavescens,Scutellaria baicalensis,Coptis chinensis,Rheum palmatum L.,Acer truncatum Bunge,Taraxacum mongolicum and Portulaca oleracea L.are selected as the components of the medicine package.The experiment is carried out in 36 patients with foot fungal infection,compared with the skin state of the patients before treatment,and summarized,sorted out and recorded all the experimental results.Results:94.44%of the patients who used the medicine bag are completely cured,the cure rate is relatively high.Conclusion:The developed traditional Chinese medicine package is simple to make,has no obvious side effects and has obvious curative effect,which is worthy of further exploration.
