摘  要:目的:建立氯化亚砜尾气制备盐酸乙脒的方法。方法:以氯化亚砜尾气中的氯化氢、甲醇和乙腈为原料,在低温下生成中间产物亚乙脒,再将亚乙脒慢慢滴加到氨甲醇溶液中反应4 h,离心、干燥后得到盐酸乙脒。结果:利用氯化亚砜尾气制备盐酸乙脒的产品摩尔收率为82%~86%,产品纯度≥95%,酸性废气得到较好的处理;每生产1吨盐酸乙脒,该方法产生的经济效益超过2000元。结论:该方法简单、环保、经济,适合规模化推广。Objective:To establish the method for preparing acetamidine hydrochloride from the tail gas of the sulfur dioxide.Methods:The method for preparing acetamidine hydrochloride that use the hydrogen chloride,methanol and acetonitrile in thionyl dichloride exhaust as raw materials.The intermediate imino ether hydrochloride salt is synthesized at lower temperatures.The imino ether hydrochloride salt slowly add to the ammonia methanol solution and continued to react for 4 hours.The finished product acetamidine hydrochloride is obtained by centrifugation and drying.Results:The yield of acetamidine hydrochloride is 82%~86%,and the purity is more than 95%,and the acid exhaust is better handled.For every 1 ton of acetamidine hydrochloride produced,the economic benefits of the process exceed 2000yuan.Conclusion:The method is simple,environment-friendly,economical and suitable for large-scale promotion.
