摘 要:肿瘤是威胁人类生命健康的重要因素之一,恶性肿瘤的致死率更是维持在较高水平,较早发现则可大大降低致死率,因此,针对于肿瘤早期检测的研究具有重要意义。肿瘤细胞与正常细胞相比某些物质表达不同,这些被称为肿瘤标记物,可将其作为肿瘤受体进行特异性检测。荧光探针具有靶向性强、灵敏度高等特点,在肿瘤检测中具有突出优势。本文对基于叶酸、β-半乳糖苷酶、E-选择素3类受体所设计的荧光探针展开综述,介绍了各类探针的特点及响应机制,并进行总结和展望。Tumor is one of the important factors threatening human life and health.The mortality rate of malignant tumors is maintained at a high level,and early detection can greatly reduce the mortality rate.Therefore,research on early detection of tumors is of great significance.Tumor cells express different substances than normal cells.These are called tumor markers,which can be used as tumor receptors for specific detection.Fluorescent probes have the advantages of strong targeting and high sensitivity in tumor detection.This article reviews fluorescent probes designed based on folic acid,βgalactosidase,and E-selectin class 3 receptors.The characteristics and response mechanisms of various probes are introduced,and summarized and prospected.
