摘　　要：21世纪是海洋的世纪。在“建设海洋强国”战略目标的提出后,“挺进深海”成为筑牢海洋强国建设之基。本文简述了深海研究的发展历史及其研究的相关内容,着重从深海生态与深海微生物的关系着手概述目前国内外深海研究的相关内容与研究进展,并介绍了深海研究的应用价值和前景。The 21st century is the century of oceans.After the strategic goal of“building a maritime power”is put forward,“stepping into the deep sea”has become the foundation for building a maritime power.In this paper,the development history of deep-sea research and its related contents are briefly described,focusing on the relationship between deep-sea ecology and deep-sea microorganisms.The related contents and research progress of deep-sea research at home and abroad are summarized,and the application value and prospect of deep-sea research are introduced.
