摘 要:本文分别采用固相反应法和溶胶凝胶法制备Yb_(2)Si_(2)O_(7)前驱体粉末和陶瓷块材。采用固相法时,混合粉末经1500℃,5 h煅烧后由Yb_(2)Si_(2)O_(7)和Yb_(2)SiO_(5)两相构成,经冷压、1600℃,10 h煅烧后得到疏松块材,内部残留大量未完全反应的氧化硅和中间相Yb_(2)SiO_(5)。采用溶胶凝胶法时,退火态干凝胶经1400℃,5 h煅烧后即可获得高纯Yb_(2)Si_(2)O_(7)粉末,经冷压、1600℃,10 h煅烧后,得到近Yb_(2)Si_(2)O_(7)纯相的、更完整致密块材。这些表明相较于固相反应法,溶胶凝胶法制备Yb_(2)Si_(2)O_(7)具有反应门槛较低、易制得高纯均匀材料的优势。进一步,采用二流体雾化工艺制备低压等离子喷涂用粉末,重点探索了PVA含量和雾化压力对粉末的影响规律。结果表明,PVA含量决定粉末形貌,当PVA含量适中时(10 wt.%)可获得球形度良好的实心粉末,雾化压力决定粉末粒度,雾化压力越大,粉末粒径越细,当雾化压力为1.2 MPa时,可获得所需的1~30μm超细粉末。In this paper,Yb_(2)Si_(2)O_(7)precursor powders and ceramic bulks were respectively prepared by solid-state reaction method and sol-gel method.By solid-state reaction method,the mixed powder was calcined at 1500℃for 5 h and turned out to be a mixture of Yb_(2)Si_(2)O_(7)and Yb_(2)Si O_(5).After cold pressing and 1600℃sintering for 10 h,loose bulk was obtained where a large amount of silicon oxide and Yb_(2)SiO_(5)were found inside.By contrast,high purity Yb_(2)Si_(2)O_(7)powder could be obtained by the sol gel method after the dry gel was calcined at 1400℃for 5h.After cold pressing and 1600℃sintering for 10 h,a more dense and compact bulk with almost pure Yb_(2)Si_(2)O_(7)phase was obtained.These results indicate that the preparation of Yb_(2)Si_(2)O_(7)by sol-gel method has the advantages of low reaction threshold and easy preparation of high-purity homogeneous materials.The ultra-fine powder for low pressure plasma spraying was prepared by atomization granulation.The infuence of PVA content and atomization pressure on the powder was investigated.The results showed that the powder morphology was determined by PVA content.Only when the PVA content was moderate (10 wt.%),a solid powder with good sphericity could be obtained.The atomization pressure strongly affected the powder particle size.The larger the atomization pressure,the smaller the powder particle size.When the atomization pressure was 1.2 MPa,the desirable powders with1~30μm could be obtained.
