摘  要:以烤烟品种云烟116为试验材料,设置5个处理(对照CK施用1 L清水,处理1~处理4分别施用浓度为12.5、25.0、37.5、50.0 g/L的1 L万寿菊花粗提物),研究了不同浓度的万寿菊花粗提物对烤烟产量、质量及根结线虫病发生的影响。结果表明:处理2的烤烟田间农艺性状整体上明显优于其他处理的;其根结线虫病的发病率及病情指数均显著低于其他处理的;土壤化学性质总体上优于其他处理的;处理2的烤烟产量和产值均最高,中上等烟比例和均价仅次于处理1的。因此,施用浓度为25.0 g/L的1 L万寿菊花粗提物的效果最好。Yunyan 116 was used as the test material,and five treatments were set up(application of 1 L water was used as CK,treatment of 1~4 were applied 1 L of crude extract of marigold flower,and application of concentration was 12.5,25.0,37.5 and 50.0 g/L respectively).The effects of different concentrations of marigold crude extracts on tobacco root knot nematode disease,yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco were studied.The results showed that the agronomic traits of treatment 2 were significantly higher than those of other treatments.The incidence and disease index of root-knot nematode disease in treatment 2 were lower than those in other treatments.The soil chemical properties of treatment 2 were generally better than those of other treatments.The yield and output value of flue-cured tobacco in treatment 2 were the highest,and the proportion and average price of medium and superior tobacco were second only to those in treatment 1.The application of 1 L crude extract of marigold flower with the concentration of 25.0 g/L was the best.
