摘 要:以广西滨海地区甘蔗耕种土壤(含水率16.3%)为研究对象,选取EDEM中的Hertz-Mindlin with JKR Cohesion接触模型,对土壤颗粒间、土壤与开沟、覆土装置间的离散元仿真模型参数进行标定。首先,对土壤的本证参数进行确定并对实际堆积角进行测量。其次,在GEMM颗粒材料模型数据库中获取土壤—土壤接触参数范围,应用Design-expert软件中Box-behnken方法;寻优后得到了恢复系数为0.51、静摩擦系数为0.72、滚动摩擦系数为0.08、表面能参数为8.89 J/m^(2),其仿真堆积角值为36.06°,与实测值误差为0.73%。然后,通过斜面滑动试验测得静摩擦系数为0.453,探究了6种含水率的土壤对Q235号钢的静摩擦系数变化规律;进行了斜板滚动试验得出土壤与Q235号钢的滚动摩擦系数为0.158,误差率为2.91%。最后,在所标定参数下进行开沟仿真试验,验证了适宜含水率的土壤对甘蔗耕种作业的适用性。离散元参数的标定结果可为开沟、覆土装置的设计优化、仿真提供基础数据。The sugarcane cultivation soil in Guangxi coastal area(water content 16.3%)was taken as the research object,and the Hertz-Mindlin with JKR Cohesion contact model in EDEM was selected to conduct calibration of discrete element simulation model parameters among soil particles,soil and ditching and soil covering devices.Firstly,the parameters of soil were determined and the actual accumulation angle was measured.Secondly,the range of soil-soil contact parameters was obtained from GEMM granular material model database,and box-Behnken method in Design-Expert software was applied.After optimization,the recovery coefficient is 0.51,static friction coefficient is 0.72,rolling friction coefficient is 0.08 and surface energy parameter is 8.89 J/m^(2).The simulated stacking Angle is 36.06°,and the error from the measured value is 0.73%.Then,the static friction coefficient measured by inclined plane sliding test is 0.453,and the variation rule of the static friction coefficient of soil on Q235 steel under six kinds of water content is explored.The rolling friction coefficient between soil and Q235 steel is 0.158,and the error rate is 2.91%.Finally,simulation experiments were carried out under the calibration parameters to verify the applicability of soil with suitable moisture content to sugarcane cultivation.The calibration results of discrete element parameters can provide basic data for design optimization and simulation of ditching and soil covering devices.
