摘 要:为明确大丽轮枝孢激活蛋白(VdAL)对马铃薯晚疫病菌的抑制作用,采用菌丝生长速率法、显微镜观察法和凹玻片培养法研究了VdAL对晚疫病菌生物学特性的影响,并以马铃薯品种青薯9号为试验材料,对喷施不同浓度VdAL的马铃薯植株于24 h后接种晚疫病菌,探究了VdAL的最佳作用浓度及其对马铃薯植株生理生化的影响。结果表明:VdAL对马铃薯晚疫病菌的菌丝生长、菌丝重量、孢子囊形成和孢子囊萌发等均无影响;不同浓度的VdAL处理可不同程度地减轻晚疫病的发生,当VdAL浓度为20.0 mg/L时,对晚疫病的防治效果最高,达39.14%;此外,不同浓度的VdAL处理均可降低马铃薯植株中的MDA含量,并同时提高马铃薯植株的PPO、PAL、POD、CAT活性和SP含量。综上所述,VdAL不直接作用于晚疫病菌,而是通过诱导马铃薯对晚疫病产生抗性,进而减少晚疫病的发生。In order to clarify the inhibitory effect of Verticillium dahliae activator protein(VdAL)on Phytophthora infestans,the effects of VdAL on the biological characteristics of Phytophthora infestans were studied by mycelium growth rate method,microscope observation and concave slide culture method.The potato variety“Qingshu No.9”was taken as test material,and potato plants sprayed with different concentrations of VdAL after 24 hours were inoculated with Phytophthora infestans,in order to explore the changes of action concentration and physiological and biochemical mechanism of VdAL.The results showed that VdAL had no effect on mycelial growth,mycelial weight,sporangium formation and germination of Phytophthora infestans.Different concentrations of VdAL could reduce the occurrence of potato late blight.When the concentration of VdAL was 20.0 mg/L,the control effect was the highest,reaching 39.14%.In addition,different concentrations of VdAL could reduce MDA content to varying degrees,and increase the activities of PPO,PAL,POD,CAT and SP content in potato plants.Therefore,VdAL does not directly affect Phytophthora infestans,but by inducing potato resistance to late blight,thereby reducing the occurrence of potato late blight.
