摘 要:采用微量肉汤稀释法,测定了黄连解毒汤(HJD)、氯硝柳胺(NIC)联合黏菌素(COL)对黏菌素耐药肺炎克雷伯菌的体外抑菌浓度(MIC);用棋盘法测定黄连解毒汤、氯硝柳胺分别与黏菌素联用的部分抑菌浓度指数(FIC)。结果显示:对于耐药肺炎克雷伯菌KP1、KP4和KP9,当不同浓度HJD和NIC与COL联用时,最大能使COL的MIC值分别下降至原来的1/512和1/16410;而对于敏感菌株KP28,药物与COL联用对KP28的敏感性没有明显影响。FIC指数表明:HJD和COL联用既有协同作用,又有加性作用,NIC与COL联用具有协同作用。因此,HJD和NIC均能增强肺炎克雷伯菌株对COL的敏感性,具备作为COL抗菌增效剂的潜力。The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction and niclosamide combined with colistin on colistin-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae was determined by micro-broth dilution method.The fractional inhibitory concentration index(FIC)of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction,niclosamide and colistin was determined by checkerboard method.The results showed that for drug-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae KP1,KP4 and KP9,when different concentrations of HJD and NIC were combined with COL,the MIC of COL could be reduced to 1/512 and 1/16410,respectively.For susceptible strain KP28,the combination of drugs and COL had no significant effect on the sensitivity of KP28.FIC index showed that HJD combined with COL had synergistic effect and additive effect,and NIC combined with COL had synergistic effect.Both HJD and NIC can enhance the sensitivity of Klebsiella pneumoniae to COL and have the potential as COL synergists.
