摘　　要：分析了目前影响全球粮食安全的主要因素,从粮食生产的角度讨论了影响中国粮食安全的主要问题,并提出了确保农村、农民、耕地、种子、科技创新等粮食生产要素供给和质量;筑牢粮食安全的底线;真正落实好中央提出的“藏粮于地”“藏粮于技”的战略;拓展境外粮仓的空间等保障国家粮食安全的对策建议。The main factors affecting global food security were analyzed, and the main problems affecting China’s food security were discussed from the perspective of food production. A series suggestions on ensuring national food security were put forward to ensure the supply and quality of food production factors such as rural areas, farmers, cultivated land, seeds and scientific and technological innovation, build the solid bottom line of national food security, implement the strategy of “storing grain in the land” and “storing grain in technology” proposed by the central government and expand overseas granary space.
