参松养心胶囊治疗老年心律失常临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究老年心律失常应用参松养心胶囊的治疗效果。方法选取沈阳医学院附属第二医院收治的100例老年心律失常患者作为研究对象,随机分成试验组与参照组各50例患者。参照组采用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗,试验组采用参松养心胶囊治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后的心律失常情况、治疗后的心肌缺血情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前2组患者的心律失常情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后试验组患者的室性期前收缩、房性期前收缩、交界性期前收缩以及短阵心房颤动情况均低于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组的心肌缺血发生率为26.00%(13/50),低于参照组的48.00%(24/50)(P<0.05)。试验组的不良反应发生率为6.00%(3/50),低于参照组的20.00%(10/50)(P<0.05)。结论老年心律失常的患者应用参松养心胶囊的治疗效果较为显著,能够很好地改善患者的心肌缺血情况,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Shensong Yangxin capsule on elderly arrhythmia. Methods 100 elderly patients with arrhythmia admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shenyang Medical College were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 50 patients in each. The control group was treated with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets, and the experimental group was treated with Shensong Yangxin capsule. The arrhythmias before and after treatment, myocardial ischemia and adverse reactions after treatment were observed in two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in arrhythmia between the two groups(P >0.05). After treatment, the ventricular presystole, atrial presystole, junctional presystole and short atrial fibrillation of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group(P <0.05). The incidence of myocardial ischemia in the experimental group was 26.00%(13/50), which was lower than 48.00%(24/50) in the control group(P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 6.00%(3/50), which was lower than 20.00%(10/50) in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Shensong Yangxin capsule is relatively significant for elderly patients with arrhythmia, which can improve the myocardial ischemia of patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
