摘　　要：平峪村位于北京市房山区十渡镇,是一个以旅游为主导产业的山区村。近年随着旅游市场的变化,该村产业结构不合理、产品特色不明显、基础设施不健全、人才缺乏等问题突显。基于SWOT分析法,从规划、产品、品牌、人才等方面对平峪村进行分析,提出建立有机农业为核心、休闲农业为主导的“绿色体验,岩溶山水”发展模式,发展内驱力强、多盈利点、可持续发展的绿色休闲产业,将平峪村打造成休闲农业示范村。Pingyu Village is located in Shidu Town,Fangshan District,Beijing.It is a mountain village with tourism as its leading industry.In recent years,with the changes in the tourism market,problems such as unreasonable industrial structure,inconspicuous product features and inadequate infrastructure,shortage of talents etc.are highlighted.Based on the comparative advantages of Pingyu Village,this paper analyzes from the aspects of planning,products,brands,talents,etc.,and proposes to establish a development model of green experience,karst landscape with organic agriculture as the core and leisure agriculture as the leading,develop a green leisure industry with strong internal driving force,multiple profit points and strong sustainability,and will turn Pingyu Village into a leisure agriculture demonstration village with lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.
