乡村振兴视域下新农人创新创业培育路径研究

摘　　要：为强化乡村振兴人才保障,针对新农人创业中存在的农业知识与技术缺乏、创业融资难、金融知识不足、电商创业技能薄弱等制约因素,从线上线下融合辅导、多方发力协同育人、建设农业众创天地、完善农村金融服务等角度,探索新农人创新创业的培育路径,以打造更多服务“三农”的能工巧匠,促进农产品高效畅通,为实施乡村振兴战略提供强有力的人才支撑。Under the background of restrictive factors existing in new farmers,such as lack of agricultural knowledge and technology,poor communication with farmers,difficulty in venture financing,short of financial knowledge,lack of e-commerce entrepreneurial skills.This paper,aiming at strengthening the talent supply for rural revitalization,takes the perspective of online and offline integration guidance,collaborative education between government,enterprise,school and industry,building a area of agricultural mass innovation,improving rural financial services to explore ways of cultivating new farmers for innovation and entrepreneurship,so as to create more skilled workers to serve agriculture,rural areas and farmers,promote the efficient and smooth circulation of agricultural products,and provide strong talent support for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
