摘 要:为实现滚筒洗衣机的轻量化设计,通过CAE仿真计算分析皮带轮采用玻璃纤维增强热塑性复合材料替代铸铝材料的可行性。在分析过程中选择PP+50%GF塑料为替代材料,通过初步的结构设计、有限元模型建立、确定计算边界和工况后,进行仿真计算最大变形量和应力,根据计算结果优化结构设计,最终计算结果表明,复合材料皮带轮的变形量和应力均符合标准要求,实现轻量化(减重14.9%)的同时可实现降本20%,具有替代的可行性。The electric storage water heater is equipped with a thermostat and a thermal protector to control the temperature,and has the advantages of high safety performance and convenient use.With the popularity of electric storage water heaters,as a common high-power household appliance,its energy consumption has attracted much attention.The coefficient of standing per 24 h is one of the important energy consumption indicators of electric storage water heaters,and it is an important parameter for people to compare electric water heater products.Analyzes the uncertainty for the coefficient test of standing loss per 24 h of electric water heaters,and provides a reference for improving the accuracy of energy efficiency testing of electric water heaters.
