摘 要:电机的铁心损耗与其效率密切相关,该文通过传统的爱泼斯坦方圈法以及磁路和有限元初步仿真计算,提出一种改进的电机铁心损耗测试方法。通过制作一个CI型铁心配合来测量铁心损耗,并以一直径300 mm,轭部高度为25.8 mm的四极电机为例进行试验验证,利用该方法测出被测铁心不同部位的铁心损耗,从结果分析出铁心叠压质量的好坏,验证方法的有效性和可行性。The core loss of a motor is closely related to its efficiency.This paper presents an improved Epstein square circle method based on the traditional Epstein square circle method and the preliminary simulation calculation of magnetic circuit and finite element method.A CI-type iron core fit is made to measure the loss of the core.Taking a quadrupole motor with a diameter of 300mm and a yoke height of 25.8mm as an example,the loss of the core in different parts is measured by this method.The quality of the core lamination is analyzed from the results,and the validity and feasibility of the method are verified.
