摘 要:针对传统CAN总线难以满足中大型船舶越来越高的设备监控需求问题,本文以柴油发电机组及其辅助系统设备为对象,研制了一套CAN总线健康监测及调控系统。以CAN网关板为核心的星形总线拓扑可根据信息帧接收频率向CAN总线发送波特率调节指令,以提高CAN总线抗干扰能力和通信的可靠性。经长期运行验证,可较好地满足中大型船舶柴油发电机机组CAN总线监控的需求。In order to meet the increasingly high demand for equipment monitoring and control medium and large ships,this paper develops a set of CAN bus health monitoring and control system for diesel generator set and auxiliary equipment.The star bus topology with CAN gateway board as a core part can send Baud rate adjustment instructions to the CAN bus in accordance with the information frame receiving frequency,so as to improve the anti-interference ability and the reliability of CAN bus communication.After a long-term operation,it is verified to be preferably meet the needs of the CAN bus monitoring and control for diesel generator set of medium and large ships.
