摘 要:为提高双有源桥式(Dual active bridge,DAB)变换器故障穿越能力,基于单移相控制方式,本文详细分析了DAB变流器输出侧发生短路故障后内部与外部的暂态特性,推导建立了输出侧线路电压、电流与DAB内部传输电感电流的时域表达式,确定了变流器内部存在暂态过流风险,证明了其严重程度与故障发生时刻的关系;提出了利用输出侧支撑电容与平波电抗器提高DAB故障穿越能力的方法,并确定了电容与电抗器的取值方法。最后,在MATLAB/Simulink平台上搭建了仿真模型进行试验,验证了本文理论分析的正确性和电容电感取值的有效性。In order to improve the fault crossing capability of dual active bridge(DAB)converter,based on single phase shift control method,the DAB converter output side short-circuit fault transient characteristics of the internal and external area is analyzed,the output side of the line voltage,current and DAB the internal transport inductance current time-domain expressions are established,the transient overcurrent risk inside the converter is determined,and the relationship between severity and the failure moment is proved.A method to improve DAB fault crossing ability by using output side support capacitor and flat-wave reactor is proposed,and the value method of capacitor and reactor is determined.Finally,a simulation model is built on MATLAB/Simulink platform to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the validity of the value of capacitance inductance.
