摘 要:目前,纳米科学及纳米生物技术发展迅速,基于纳米技术制备的生物制剂在动物疫病防控中具有较大的应用潜力。纳米技术可以将抗原以化学交联、物理吸附或者融合表达的方式固定在纳米颗粒(nanoparticles, NPs)表面或包裹其中。NPs既可以作为增强抗原加工的递送系统,也可以作为诱导和增强保护性免疫的免疫刺激佐剂。因此,纳米化的抗原可以更好地诱导机体产生免疫应答,在动物传染病防治方面具有良好的发展前景。文章综述了纳米颗粒的种类、在畜禽疫苗及疫病防控中的应用及发展前景,以期为新型纳米颗粒在畜禽生产中的应用提供参考。At present, nanoscience and nanobiology technology are developing rapidly, and biological agents prepared based on nanotechnology have great application potential in animal disease prevention and control. Nanotechnology can fix antigens on the surface of nanoparticles(NPs) or wrap them in the means of chemical cross-linking, physical absorption or fusion expression. NPs can be used both as delivery systems to enhance antigen processing and as immune stimulatory adjuvants to induce and enhance protective immunity. Therefore, nano-antigen can better induce immune response, which has a good development prospect in the prevention and treatment of animal infectious diseases. This article reviewed the types of nanoparticles, their application in livestock vaccine and disease prevention and control, and their development prospects, in order to provide a reference for the application of new nanoparticles in livestock production.
