摘  要:为了活体确定乌珠穆沁羊的脊椎数,利用多脊椎性状这个有益突变,挑选种群中多脊椎种公羊进行配种,建立多脊椎乌珠穆沁羊核心种群,试验采用羊保定架及DR技术活体检测乌珠穆沁羊原种场2020年存栏羊及2021年全部子一代羊的胸椎和腰椎数,在2020年采集T14L7表型种公羊精液,对269只不同脊椎表型母羊进行人工授精,次年统计子代不同脊椎表型羔羊的数量。结果表明:2020年存栏羊576只,有T13L6(正常表型)、T13L7、T14L6、T14L7 4种脊椎表型的羊只数量分别为25只、343只、177只、31只;2021年出生的525只子代羔羊仍表现为T13L6、T13L7、T14L6、T14L7这4种脊椎表型,对应羊只数量为15只、282只、190只、38只。269只人工授精母羊共生产出子代羔羊269只,亲本均为多脊椎表型羊所生产的多脊椎表型子代数量在种群中占比高达99.7%。说明采用羊保定架及DR技术检测大规模活体羊脊椎数的方法准确可靠。以T14L7表型公羊与多脊椎母羊进行配种,所产的多脊椎羊羔比例极高,该配种方案可用于建立多脊椎乌珠穆沁羊品系。To determine the vertebrae number of Ujumqin sheep in living individuals, to use the beneficial mutation of multi-spine traits, to select multi-spine rams in the population for mating with the beneficial mutation of multi-spine trait, and to establish the core population of Ujumqin sheep with multiple vertebrae. The number of thoracic vertebrae and lumbar vertebrae of the sheep in Uzhumqin original breeding farm in 2020 and all the offspring generation sheep in 2021 were detected by sheep preservation frame and DR technology in vivo. The semen were collected from the T14 L7 phenotype rams, and 269 ewes with different spine phenotypes were artificially inseminated. The number of lambs with different spine phenotypes in offspring was counted in the following year. The results showed that there were 576 sheep in the stock in 2020, and the number of sheep with T13 L6(normal spinal phenotype), T13 L7, T14 L6, and T14 L7(T represents the thoracic spine, L represents the lumbar spine, and the numbers represent the number of vertebrae) vertebral phenotypes were 25, 343, 177 and 31 sheep, respectively. A total of 525 progeny sheep(including artificial insemination and natural mating) born in 2021 showed the four vertebral phenotype: T13 L6, T13 L7, T14 L6 and T14 L7, corresponding to 15, 282, 190 and 38 sheep, respectively. A total of 269 progeny were produced from 269 artificial sperm ewes, and the number of phenotype produced by parents with multiple spines accounted for up to 99.7% of the population. The results indicated that the method of measuring the number of vertebrae of large-scale live sheep by using the sheep-holding frame and DR imager was accurate and reliable. After mating T14 L7 phenotype rams with multi-vertebrate ewes, the proportion of produced multi-vertebrate lambs was extremely high. This mating scheme can be used to establish a multi-spine Ujumqin sheep strain.
