斑马软镜治疗肾结石的改良无管化研究

摘　　要：目的评价国产一次性输尿管软镜一斑马软镜治疗肾结石术后无管化方案的可行性。方法应用一次性输尿管斑马软镜治疗肾结石27例,其中观察组13例,对照组14例。比较两组患者手术时长、术后住院时间、清石率和并发症发生情况(发热、血尿、膀胱刺激征和腰痛)。结果两组患者手术时间、术后住院时间、清石率及发热、血尿和膀胱刺激症差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组并发腰痛例数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于单发较小的结石,如患肾无明显积水、输尿管条件好,在预置双J管预扩张的条件下,斑马软镜碎石术后采取改良无管化方法具有较好的安全性和可行性,具有一定推广价值。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of modified tubeless plan in the treatment of renal calculi by domestic disposable flexible ureteroscopy(Zebra ureteroscopy).Methods 27 cases of renal calculi were involved in this modified tubeless plan treated with Zebra ureteroscope,including 13 cases in the tubeless group and 14 cases in the control group.The operation time,postoperative hospital stay,stone free rate and complications(fever,hematuria,bladder irritation and low back pain)were collected and compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in operation time,postoperative hospital stay,stone free rate,fever,hematuria and bladder rritation berween the two groups(P>0.05).The occurrence of lumbago in the tubeless group was significantly lessthan that in the control group,with significant diference(P<0.05).Conclusion For single small stones,with minor hydronephrosis and good ureter condition,the modified tubeless plan after lithotripsy with Zebra ureteroscope is safe and feasible.It has certain promotional value.
