鼻内镜下第二切口预防鼻中隔矫正术后血肿形成的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下第二切口预防鼻中隔矫正术后血肿形成的效果。方法选取2018年11月至2020年3月82例鼻中隔偏曲患者82例,随机分为2组,观察组41例采取鼻内镜下第二切口辅助,对照组41例单纯采取鼻内镜手术治疗。比较两组术后血肿发生率。结果观察组41例患者血肿总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血凝指标与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),提示第二切口不会影响患者血凝水平。远期发现该切口均能平整愈合,无鼻腔粘连。结论鼻内镜下第二切口可预防患者鼻中隔矫正术后血肿发生,术后安全性佳,值得临床推广和广泛应用。Objective To investigate the effect of the second incision under nasal endoscopy on preventing the formation of hematoma after septum correction.Methods A total of 82 patients with nasal septum deviation admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(41 patients were assisted with second incision under nasal endoscopy)and the control group(41 patients were treated with nasal endoscopic surgery alone).The incidence of postoperative hematoma was compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of hematoma in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in blood coagulation index between the observation group and the control group(P>O.05),indicating that the second incision did not affect the blood coagulation level of patients.In this study,it was found that all the incisions were smooth and healed without nasal adhesion.Conclusion The second incision under nasal endoscope can prevent the occurrence of hematoma after nasal septum correction,which is safe and worthy of clinical popularization and wide application.
