ERAS在颅内动脉瘤血管内介入围术期中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科(ERAS)在颅内动脉瘤血管内介入围术期中的应用效果。方法选择2020年11月至2021年11月未破裂颅内动脉瘤血管内介入治疗患者199例,随机分为观察组与对照组。比较两组患者平均住院时间和住院满意度。比较两组患者术后数字疼痛评分(NRS)、腰酸背痛、失眠、皮疹、恶心呕吐、下肢静脉血栓、尿路感染发生率。结果ERAS应用于颅内动脉瘤血管内介入围术期后,观察组患者平均住院时间明显少于对照组,观察组患者住院满意度高于对照组,观察组平均术后NRS疼痛评分低于对照组,腰酸背痛、失眠、皮疹、恶心呕吐及下肢静脉血栓发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ERAS应用于颅内动脉瘤血管内介入围术期后,有效缩短患者平均住院时间,提高患者住院满意度,降低术后不良反应和并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in the perioperative period of endovascular intervention for intracranial aneurysms.Methods A total of 199 patients with unruptured intracranial aneurysms treated by neurosurgery from November 2020 to November 2021 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The average length of stay and patient satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Numerical Rating Scale,back pain,insomnia,rash,nausea and vomiting,venous thrombosis,and urinary tract infections were compared between the two groups.Results After the application of ERAS in the perioperative period of endovascular intervention for intracranial aneurysms,the average length of stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.The hospitalization satisfaction ofthe patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Numerical Rating Scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The incidences of back pain,insomnia,rash,nausea and vomiting,and lower limb venous thrombosis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion ERAS used after aneurysm endovascular intervention can effectively shorten the average hospital stay,improve the hospitalization satisfaction and reduce postoperative adverse reactions and postoperative complications.
