摘　　要：《国民评论》是国共第一次合作期间由中共旅日党、团组织与国民党东京支部合作出版的一份宣传刊物,1925年6月在日本东京创刊发行,现存3期。在中共旅日党、团组织的主导和运作下,《国民评论》成为中共在海外传播马克思列宁主义理论、宣传国民革命运动的重要媒介。就文献价值而言,《国民评论》直接地反映了中共旅日党、团组织及其成员的思想理论水平和革命活动情况,是中共早期宣传史研究的重要史料。The National Review is a publication jointly published by the Japanese organizations of the Communist Party of China and the Tokyo Branch of the Kuomintang during the first cooperation period between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China.First published in Tokyo,Japan,in June 1925,there were three issues of it.Under the guidance and operation of the early Japanese branch of the Communist Party of China and the Communist Youth League,The National Review was an important medium for the Communist Party of China to spread Marxist Leninist theory and to publicize the national revolutionary movements abroad.As far as the value of historical data is concerned,The National Review directly reflects the ideological level and revolutionary activities of the early Japanese branch of the Communist Party of China,the Communist Youth League and their members.It was also an important document of the research on the history of early propaganda of the Communist Party of China.
