摘 要:通过田间试验方法,选取适宜江西地区种植的18个水稻品种,从产量、糙米镉吸收等方面筛选出高产低镉的水稻品种,为镉(Cd)轻度污染稻田水稻品种选择提供参考。结果表明:18个供试品种中,嘉优中科13-1具有较高的产量,而浙粳优6号产量最低;各品种糙米镉含量总体均未超过国家限制标准(0.200 mg/kg),且聚类分析显示,鄂香2号、泰丰优208、嘉优中科13-1、湘优69、甬优1538等12个水稻品种为Cd低积累品种,而糯两优561为Cd高积累品种;同时,糙米镉含量低的品种,其镉富集系数也较低。兼顾水稻产量与其糙米镉积累,可选择泰丰优208、嘉优中科13-1、湘优69、甬优1538等4个品种在江西稻区镉轻度污染农田中推广种植。Through field experiments,18 rice varieties suitable for planting in Jiangxi Province were selected,and the rice varieties with high yield and low cadmium accumulation were screened from the aspects of yield and cadmium absorption of brown rice,so as to provide reference for the selection of rice varieties to be planted in the paddy fields with mild cadmium(Cd)pollution.The results showed that among 18 varieties tested,Jiayou Zhongke 13-1 had the highest yield,while Zhenjingyou 6 had the lowest yield.The cadmium content of brown rice in all varieties did not exceed the national limit standard(0.200 mg/kg).Cluster analysis showed that 12 rice varieties,such as Exiang 2,Taifengyou 208,Jiayou Zhongke 13-1,Xiangyou 69 and Yongyou 1538,were Cd low-accumulation varieties,while Nuoliangyou 561 was Cd high-accumulation variety.Meanwhile,the varieties with low cadmium content in brown rice had a lower bioconcentration factor(BCF).Considering both rice yield and cadmium accumulation in brown rice,Taifengyou 208,Jiayou Zhongke 13-1,Xiangyou 69 and Yongyou 1538 could be selected to be planted in the paddy fields with mild cadmium pollution in Jiangxi Province.
