摘 要:航空航天飞行中重力环境变化可对人体健康和安全造成严重影响,重力变化生物效应的医学防护亟待解决。国内相关课题组在此领域开展了系列研究,明确了变重力对心血管和脑的影响机制,研制出新型训练和防护装备,制订了综合性防护方案,有效提升了我国航天员、飞行员的工作效率,保障其健康和安全,促进了我国航空航天医学事业的发展。本文总结近年来我国航空航天重力生理学研究取得的发展成就,展望了未来重点研究方向,对促进航空航天重力生理学科发展具有一定指导意义。The gravity environment change in aerospace flight is a main threat to human health and safety, and some issues in medical protection against biological effect of gravity change have not been solved. A series of studies have been done in this field. The effect of changed gravity on cardiovascular function and brain and its mechanism have been clarified, a new type of training and protective equipment has been developed, and a comprehensive protection scheme has been formulated. These achievements improve the working efficacy of astronauts and pilots, guarantee their health and safety, and promote the development of aerospace medicine in our country. This paper summarizes the achievements of aerospace gravitational physiology in China in recent years and expects the key research directions in the future, which has guiding significance for promoting the development of aerospace gravitational physiology.
