摘　　要：“偎脓长肉”是中医外科治疗慢性疮面的重要外治手段之一,广泛应用于各种慢性疮面的治疗,且获得了一定的临床疗效。目前对偎脓长肉的中医内涵,不同医家之间存在分歧,且在偎脓长肉的药物选用、具体应用时机以及偎脓后处理等诸多关键问题的认识方面存在欠缺或尚未达到统一。结合文献及临床工作,对包括偎脓长肉的确切含义、应用时机、药物选择及偎脓长肉后相关处理等方面进行进一步论述,以期为偎脓长肉治法提供更加标准的操作流程,同时也为慢性疮面的治疗提供新的思路。“Wound pus promoting granulation tissue growth” is one of the important external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic sores. It has been widely used in the treatment of various chronic sores and has obtained certain clinical effects. At present, there are different views in the different doctors of the traditional Chinese medicine about the connotation of “wound pus promoting granulation tissue growth”, and there is a lack of sufficient or consistent understanding of many key issues such as drug selection, specific application timing and post-treatments. Based on related literature review and clinical work, we further discuss about “wound pus promoting granulation tissue growth” in its exact meaning, the application timing, choice of drugs and post-treatments. We aim at providing a more standard operating procedure and a new idea for the treatment of chronic sores.
