摘  要:生物节律是一种常见的生命现象。现今对生物节律的认识已经深入到蛋白质和基因水平。DNA分子结构和生物学功能决定了DNA具有时间生物学特征。在DNA和RNA的合成通路中,参与合成的关键激酶活性存在节律性变化,这种节律性变化保障了DNA中磷酸脱氧核糖链和RNA中磷酸核糖链的单纯性。DNA分子的时间生物学特征同氢键的形成密切相关,氢键形成的难易程度受到日夜温度波动的影响,这是DNA分子形成时间节律的因素之一。由此可以推测在晚间至午夜存在一个DNA复制和修复的最佳时间窗口。细胞的各种生物学功能也将围绕DNA的时间生物学特征进行周期性波动,相关分子生物学特征需要进行深入研究。Biorhythm is a general life phenomenon. Many researches on biorhythm focus on time-related proteins and genes. The molecular structure and biological function of DNA endow DNA with some chronobiological characteristics. In the pathways for synthesizing DNA and RNA, key kinase activity involved in the synthesis has periodical changes, which keeps phosphoribose chain of RNA and phosphate deoxyribose chain of DNA in purity. Biorhythms of DNA are closely related to the formation of hydrogen bonds that is affected by the fluctuation in temperature, which is one of the factors to form circadian rhythm of DNA. Therefore, a reasonable conclusion is that there is an optimal time window from evening to midnight for DNA synthesis and repairing. All behaviors of a cell are guided by circadian rhythm of DNA. More researches on the related molecular biological characteristics should be carried out.
