摘  要:重大突发事件为我们提供了塑造国家形象的最佳时机。新冠肺炎疫情这一突发事件的爆发,成为国际舆论高度聚焦的热点话题。了解外媒关注点,基于“他者”之眼,可以更好地为我们以后突发事件的报道重点提供参考。本文以中国日报、美国有线电视新闻网等平台新冠肺炎疫情报道为主要研究对象,运用大数据工具统计分析相关报道内容,对比中外媒体对于疫情爆发的不同关注点,从而为讲好中国抗疫故事,改进重大突发事件中的国家形象提出针对性的对策及建议。Major emergencies provide us with the best opportunity to shape our national image.The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 has become a hot topic highly focused by international public.Based on the eyes of the“other”,the concerns of foreign media can provide us a reference for our future reporting of emergencies.This article takes the reports of COVID-19 on CNN,China Daily and other platforms as the main research objects,uses big data to statistically analyze the content of relevant reports,and compares the different focus of Chinese and foreign media on the outbreak,so as to tell a good story about China’s fight against COVID-19 and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to improve China’s image in major emergencies.
