摘　　要：标准的侵权法效力,是指标准对侵权责任的构成与承担所产生的影响与作用,具体表现在三个方面:一是标准对侵权责任之前提义务的作用,符合标准构成特定人法定义务的内容;二是标准对侵权责任构成要件的作用,标准构成行为违法性和过错认定的依据;三是标准对侵权责任承担的作用,标准可以成为判定侵权责任人是否切实承担停止侵害、生态修复等责任的依据,标准对共同侵权责任的分担也会产生影响。The legal forces of the standard in tort law refer to the influence and function of the standard on the constitution and undertaking of the tort liability, which is embodied in three aspects: Firstly, standard acts on obligations functioning as the premise of the tort liability, in which standard constitutes the content of the legal obligation of the specific person. Secondly, standard acts on the elements of tort liability, in which standard functions as the basis for the determination of the illegality and fault of the act. The third is the role of standard in tort liability. The standard can be the basis to determine whether the tort liability person indeed undertakes the legal liability of stopping infringement and ecological restoration. The standard will also have an impact on the division of joint tort liability.
