摘  要:【目的】探究叶片的形态和结构性状对风害胁迫的响应规律,加深对植物适应环境变化能力的认识。【方法】对山东滨海的黑松(Pinus thunbergii)人工林,按照自然风害胁迫梯度,采集迎风面和背风面的针叶,测定针叶长、针叶宽等形态性状以及针叶表层厚度和角质层厚度等结构性状,探究黑松针叶形态和结构性状对长期风害胁迫的适应策略。【结果】1)相较于背风面,迎风面针叶的形态和结构性状变异更大,表现在迎风面针叶的叶长和叶面积均显著低于背风面针叶,但迎风面针叶的表层厚度和角质层厚度均显著高于背风面针叶。2)除叶宽外,迎风面针叶形态和结构性状对风害胁迫的响应均显著;而背风面针叶仅叶宽对风害胁迫的响应显著。3)整体和迎风面针叶的形态性状响应随风害强度增加表现出降低趋势,而针叶结构性状的响应随风害强度增加表现出增加趋势。4)叶片形态和结构性状对风害胁迫表现出协同或拮抗响应,且主要在迎风面体现。【结论】山东滨海黑松叶片形态结构性状对于风害胁迫表现出塑性响应,迎风面表现更为强烈。研究结果加深了风对植物的作用及植物适应对策的认识。【Objective】Exploring the response of leaf morphology and structure traits to wind damage stress would help expand the understanding of the adaptability of plants to environmental changes.【Method】The Pinus thunbergii plantations were selected as the study objective to explore the response of leaf morphological and structural traits to wind damage stress using natural gradients of wind damage stress as well as collecting leaves from windward and leeward sides by measuring the morphological traits,i.e.,needle length and needle width,as well as the structural traits,i.e.,the cuticle thickness and epidermal thickness.【Results】1)In comparison to the leeward side,the leaf morphological and structural traits exhibited greater variabilities on the windward side.The leaf length and leaf area from the windward side were significantly lower than those from the leeward side,whereas the cuticle thickness and epidermal thickness exhibited an opposite pattern.2)The responses of the leaf morphological and structural traits to wind damage stress were significant on the windward side except for leaf width,whereas only leaf width showed significant changes to wind damage stress on the leeward side.3)The overall and windward leaf morphological traits showed a downward trend,while the leaf structural traits showed an upward trend.4)The leaf morphological and structural traits showed synergistic or antagonistic responses to wind damage stress and were mainly reflected on the windward side.【Conclusions】Overall,the leaf morphological and structural traits of P.thunbergii along the seaside of Shandong province showed plastic response to wind damage stress mainly performing on the windward side.The results can help to deepen the understanding of the effects of wind on plants and plant adaptation strategies.
