摘  要:主要介绍了汽车后桥壳的组件构成及结构特点,分析了焊接工艺的选择,并设计合理的后桥壳自动化生产线。结果表明,选择以CO_(2)气体保护电弧焊为首要焊接方法,选用PLC控制系统,使用自动焊机焊接,形成了定位、组装、气密性检测及环缝自动焊接,实现了后桥壳自动化生产线自动传输、定位、检测及全自动焊接,有效提高了生产效率,降低焊工劳动强度,为生产实际提供重要依据。Component composition and structural characteristics of automotive rear axle housing were introduced,selection of welding process was analyzed,and a reasonable rear axle housing automatic production line was designed.The results showed that CO_(2)gas shielded arc welding was chosen as the primary welding process,PLC control system was selected,and automatic welding machine was used to weld,and then positioning,assembly,gas tightness testing and automatic welding of girth weld was formed.Automatic transmission,positioning,detection and fully automatic welding of automatic production line for rear axle housing was realized,which effectively improved production efficiency,reduced labor intensity of welders,and provided an important basis for actual production.
