我国数字平台的组织业态、技术特征与商业模式研究

摘　　要：随着数字经济与大数据、移动互联网技术的深度赋能,我国数字平台发展势头迅猛,为我国经济发展提供了业界新风向与动力新引擎。本文在概述数字平台相关研究进展的基础上,阐释了数字平台的组织构成、网络效应、市场界定与竞争策略,分析数字平台数字化、精准化、体验化的技术特征,并结合现实案例介绍了数字平台的三种商业模式,即网络协同模式、主体价值模式和“平台+生态模式”,并从以下方面提出对策建议:创新普惠式平台商业模式,助力乡村振兴战略;强化法律规制与垄断行为监管,营造平台良好发展环境;促进平台主体多元纵深发展,发挥社会协同效应;拓展“平台+生态”模式,促进平台绿色健康可持续发展。With the deep empowerment of digital economy, big data and mobile Internet technology, China’s digital platform is developing rapidly, which provides a new trend and new power engine for the development of China’s economy. Based on the overview of the relevant research progress of digital platform, this paper explains the organizational structure, network effect, market definition and competitive strategy of the digital platform, analyzes the technical characteristics of digitalization, precision and experience of digital platform and introduces three business models of digital platform combined with real case: network collaboration model, subject value model and "platform + ecological model".Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the following aspects: innovate the inclusive platform business model to help the rural revitalization strategy;strengthen legal regulation and monopoly behavior supervision to create a good development environment for the platform;promote the multi-dimensional and in-depth development of platform subjects and give play to social synergies;expand the "platform + ecology" model to promote the green, healthy and sustainable development of the platform.
