摘 要:通过浸渍法将阻聚剂(TBC)均匀地负载在具有高比表面积的活性碳吸附材料表面,考察不同TBC含量对活性碳吸附苯乙烯阻聚效果的影响,最终提出一种具有高比表面积、高介孔率、带阻聚性能的活性碳材料制备方法。该方法制备出的吸附材料比表面积超过1 000 m/g,介孔率达60%以上,对苯乙烯废气具有很强的吸/脱附能力且能抑制苯乙烯自聚,其饱和吸附量高达58 g/100 g,脱附效率达54%以上,对于处理苯乙烯等易自聚的工业废气具有很好的应用前景。The polymerization inhibitor TBC was uniformly loaded on the surface of activated carbon adsorbent with high specific surface area by immersion method, and the influence of different TBC content on the polymerization inhibition effect of activated carbon adsorbing styrene was investigated. Finally, a preparation method of activated carbon materials with high specific surface area, high mesoporous rate and polymerization inhibition was proposed. The adsorption material prepared by this method has a specific surface area of more than 1000 m~2/g and a mesoporous rate of more than 60%. It has a strong adsorption/desorption ability for styrene waste gas and can inhibit styrene self-polymerization. Its saturated adsorption capacity is as high as 58 g/100 g, and the desorption efficiency is more than 54%. It has a good application prospect for treating styrene and other industrial waste gases that are prone to self-polymerization.
